Those are DEFINITELY opera shoes, as in, walk from the parking lot, into seats, and sit down. Sheesh, those heels! Love that purse, though. What say we get some brocaded fabric and some paper boxes and cover them...? I mean, disposable purses, you cannot beat that idea!
Yes. Well, taxis were running late, so these shoes carried me on a 10 minute fast walk to the opera house. AND. With those straps, one can't slip off the shoes during the performance to regain circulation. The walk back was muuuuuuch slower.
And yes~disposable purses are a brilliant idea! You could have your own Pinterest horde following that.
