for the first time. Hot bread on a cold winter's night is always a good idea. The dough didn't respond well to the cold air~even though I proofed it in the oven with the light on. I'll try again on the next snow day.
Slathered with olive oil and some of the za'aatar mixture from former students~yum.
I just learned that one can fry... radishes. Along with the garlic confit and the pita bread, I think we've got dinner...
