I've been pre-posting most of these this month~between the musical life in December and being a house guest for two weeks~bouncing between hosts, I take whatever quiet time I have to upload photos and create the haiku. So. These shots are actually of the dawn of Solstice this year.

Laurie, I like your visuals and photos - but I absolutely adore your own poetry. When you quote other poets, I am amazed at how you find just the right words out there that mostly I haven't known about. Happy after-Solstice. This day after is a holiday in Canada - a pause that refreshes.
