Think train travel is my favorite mode of transportation~after walking, of course.
Wandered through Dupont Circle as my favorite patisserie was having a chocolate tasting.
The most interesting flavor was the rose~it was like eating perfume.
I have to admit that lavender and rose are, for me, best reserved for tea. It's an EXPERIENCE eating something like that, but not... something one always wants to return to eagerly. (I will NEVER forget the rosewater Turkish delight in the UK... it tasted like perfume from Narnia that had been sitting on Miss Haversham's dresser. TRULY awful.) Citrus and flowers, yes. Flowers alone, not so much.
