Trader Joe's has a wondrous new item~frozen chocolate croissants that one proofs the night before.  Oh, the blessed weekend is almost arrived.

    Not sure I'd have the foresight to leave them to proof overnight....I'd be gnawing on them in their flattened state no doubt! :)
