thanks transformed, part I


Love going to the market.  And I LOVE Thanksgiving cooking.



Having three different Thanksgiving celebrations this week!  This first one is one I'm hosting~so happy to have Grandma D's dishes out.

  1. I've discovered a new use for TJ's freeze-dried fruit: a coffee grinder. Lovely blue blueberry powder added to silken tofu and cream cheese = the best brightly flavored (slightly purply) blueberry cheesecake filling, ever. It's quite tasty!

    1. Ooo~that's sounds lovely! After today's foray into said store, I will not be setting foot in it until....oh, January? CRAZED shoppers out/about. And it's only Tuesday.
