feeling saucy


Our afternoon thunderstorms provide all kinds of skyward drama. 


Having mastered Hollandaise sauce, I've moved on to the next of the five majors of French cuisine: Remoulade.  I find that both are delish enough to eat just on their own, but am using vegetables as a base to hush my conscience.
