nibbles & noshes


What do you do when you discover a Double Gloucester stuffed wtih chives? You create a dinner around it.


While it's been three years since Bogart left, there are still days I expect him to be around and chattering at me. May seem like an odd posting for a daily joy, but I am grateful for the years I did get with him.

Looking forward to three mornings with no alarm clocks and time with friend and family and festivals.

  1. Some of the cheeses I only got in the UK remain strong in memory, and the Double Gloucester is one of those. And chives too? Was this a TJ trip or something else?
