What do you do for a colleague's birthday when she's been living the Keto life for a couple of months? You go on Pinterest for cheese bouquets and find this. For fun, you ought to see bacon/prosciutto roses. Ahem, moving on.
I found a mechanic near my home that actually has hours that accomodate commuters. And bonus? They have a stellar reception person and a large fish tank in the waiting room. And best of all, they told me that ominous rattle was something like loose plastic and not a CV joint. Huzzah.

It was delicious and eaten quickly and shall now appear at future festivities. Well, not that particular bouquet.
