it's begining to look a lot like

One of my miniature sopranos is belting out the title song for her recital today~so, the lyrics have been hanging out in my head.  Perfect words as I wandered the very fun 37th Street.

Most of my shots didn't turn out, but this display of the Stuffed Animal Rescue Project won points for most whimsical.  You fill out a brief paragraph about why you should adopt a certain pet and they will decide who wrote the most creative adoption application.

Gotta love a city where an entire display of stuffed animals is safe to leave out for three weeks.  Stay tuned for visits (yes, plural) to the Trail of Lights!

  1. That song has been stuck in MY head because we did a choral version with CGC every year, and the syncopation of "dolls that can talk and will go for a walk is the wish of Janice and Jen..." was a complete bugger for some people - they just couldn't do it. We practiced that part over... and over... and over... OY.

The leopard is cute, sprawled there like a male model...

    1. Shriek! That is the exact part that gets stuck in my head. The rest of the song isn't so bad~just those patter triplets.

I wish the snaps of the animal bios had turned out~they were hilarious.
