Found an intriguing quote in reading Counterclockwise last night: "Rather than try to learn from experience, we might be better off to experience learning." I rather like the twist on that thought. And in continuing that theme, stumbled upon this on Slate: note to selfie.

ReplyDeleteI was saying that I have a little smile for the people who shove their way to the front of historic monuments and hold up their cameras for the ubiquitous selfie... it's like we have to prove to ourselves we're in our lives, on our vacations...
