anti-oxidants~importance of
As I needed to use up the lovely farm-fresh eggs that my colleague gave me, I dusted off an old ganache recipe and enjoyed it for my first holiday breakfast.

I thought ganache was frosting - like a pourable one. This looks French - like a soufflé or a crepe.
