Bwah-ha-ha-HA! Have never worn shorts and flip-flops to pick out my pumpkin before, but today in the 92 degreed sunshine, I did just that. Drive past an inviting and cosy garden center on the way to one of my studios and today, I made enough time to stop. Left with a darling little squash and arrived at work with a lady bug sitting on my shoulder.
Well, I went around PUC in November in flip flops, but that was only because myriad friends were in the Hawaiian Club, and I figured I didn't have to put on real clothes until they did...
ReplyDeleteWe had the Ministry Faire last week outside and it was 82° - a lovely send-off for September. I may be freezing in my office, but elsewhere, the skies are bright. Not in the 90's though, that would be worrying...
It's the fog that's making it unappealing. Just a heavy miasma all round right now.
