I think I'm too much of a Yankee to grasp the deep reverence that exists here for all things debutante. It was like watching a freakin' wedding for all the seniors all weekend.
I've never played standing up in heels before~conducting, yes. Standing and playing, yes. But not in heels. We did a couple of Gershwin tunes and ended with Lollipop.
