beurre brun



Today, we kicked off the reprise of the cooking elective with pumpkin ravioli. 



Due to the one hour constraint, I cheated and bought fresh pasta~but this class is enthusiastic, so maybe at the end of the term, we'll plan a day to make it from scratch. 


The smell of butter is one of the happiest and most comforting scents in the world. I love when my hair is saturated with that smell!

  1. Wouldn't it be nice if fresh pasta were sold that one could roll out and fill with one's preferred fillings?
