This has been amusing me all day.
It's been a whirlwind week~from the move/new commute to new classes (and then having those switched/moved around as enrollment shifted) to tutoring to cooking classes...but it's been good despite the icky heat/humidity. Today I received my new voter registration card in the mail, signed up to help at a local polling place in November, AND got the curriculum for my new Citizenship class. So, while things are ugly and feel dire on the national level, I feel empowered at the local level.
And OH so grateful that tomorrow's agenda has nothing on it but a trip to Trader's.
