My cast did me proud~despite an abysmal performance space and limited rehearsal time in it~they sparkled and danced and made the community come to their feet with joy.

Aww, I hope your students' rooms are also bedecked. How nice for them to have something to feel really good about just now. I do hope the community... um, how shall we put this... took a clue from the subject matter. Buuuuut, as these things go, probably not. Oh, well.
