full moon rising

Joyous tulips~drinking in the sun.

While everything is bloomin' and beautiful~we're learning to swing wide when passing all these bushes that are quivering with apian activity.

I can now say that I helped to hide 2000 Easter eggs~it was fun to see how amped up the girls got over collecting them.  Besides coupons for candy~the real prizes were getting passes for room inspection and breakfast sign-ins.

Part of the horde ready to rumble daintily seek eggs.

The piles of loot~SO glad that I'm not proctoring study hall tonight!

  1. But, why did they open all the eggs and pile the innards into piles? Was this a "find eggs for your residence hall" thing? One would think discovered eggs would be a personal treasure, not a bounty to be shared.

    1. The eggs were all stuffed with vouchers only (maybe to discourage the outside from stealing them?) And there was some shark-like trading skills exhibited for the coveted privilege passes.

  2. Yikes. At least the eggs are plastic - can you imagine the horror of hiding real eggs, as some are bound to be missed!

    1. Pretty sure that Grounds had something to say about the practicality of hiding bright plastic eggs!
