I SAW A LILAC THIS WEEKEND. I thought of you instantly. It was only one, we're definitely not lilac country here really, but it was really pretty. We have camellias - tons - which love the rain; no azaleas yet that I have seen.
Tons of azaleas in the NW. I would be fine to never see/smell lilacs again.
