when Irish eyes are smiling


Yes, I am celebrating St. Paddy's day with Italian food that's mostly white/red. This is my first excursion with the air fryer and tongs and it was a success! Enjoying the last few hours of a lazy Sunday.

    My screen says it's kind of a polenta yellow-gold, but I'll take your word for the white topping. ;)

      They ARE really yellow in the photo~they were much whiter in real life.

      And there's a sentence...maybe a good book title?
