bejeweled


Just began a term with probably the craziest schedule I've had as a teacher.  Living in 15 minute increments to get to Christmas break.


Fiercely looking for the beauty and joys and today was full of them.

    Ooh, you have ginko trees! I dream of a someday when I'll have an aisle of them to my front door. I love, love, love them in all seasons. Look for them to have the finest, quivering, bright green leaves come Spring.

    Apparently in Barbados pomegranate grows bright pink. I've never seen any other than deep garnet. Weird, huh?

      There are just heaps of these gorgeous yellow leaves as I walk between the dorm and my classroom.
