Noticed that the weird tree in our front yard is leaking small, crisp yellow leaves all over. The question is, is it bc of the heat, or Actual Autumn (TM)? We got eight figs from the Mission tree over the weekend because they just accelerated in growth, and the lemons got noticeably bigger on the weekend as well - which was a little mind-boggling. After a cool summer (since we've been here, and ignoring last week), I'm hurrying to research whether we need a dehumidifier - it's damp and cold as a matter of course here, which is weird.

ReplyDeleteWe've had one evening of 50, but otherwise, it's ot & humid~no idea why this one tree is already in November mode.
