A corn and pepper frittata to celebrate the end of my first full week of being an administrator and my second week in my new lily pad. It already feels like I've been here a long time. Brought home a pile of work and passwords in case we're snowed in and Monday is a work-from-home day. And! I received my first piece of real mail today~a fun holiday newsletter from SoCal.

A good day, all round.


  1. Apparently in this brave New world of emo, we have friends over for dinner tonight... That frittata looks like a great idea.

    1. I love frittatas for entertaining; add a loaf of good bread and a huge green salad and voila!
