It really is all in the details.
Indulged in a new set of linens and a new pillow for the new year. The elastic was so taut on the fitted sheet that it curled my mattress for the first couple of nights. It was like sleeping in a puce/purple cocoon!
And on a happy whim, bought some dark chocolate cream cheese which transformed my weekend waffles!
Better bring some of that next time you visit and we'll make Belgium waffles!
ReplyDeleteMm. Waffles. I still haven't gotten an iron - Belgian or regular. They were all but nonexistent in Scotland, and now I haven't had time or means for the frivolity. However, with dark chocolate cream cheese... well. It might be worth looking, at least!
