I so hate that. Logically, if it's existed IN A BOX YOU HAVEN'T OPENED for a year, you don't NEED it. But let your hands start to shove that box, unopened, on its way to the curb? Oh, NOES.

I'm finding the same thing happening in the kitchen. Need to put on my ruthless pants and imagine having to carry whatever the object/item of clothing is up/down many stairs while it's 109. THEN, I know how much I value or need it.
