Not my photo~but I now have a new photographic quest~to capture the cutest little chipmunks that are suddenly everywhere. They move rather zippily, so I expect many blurred shots over the next few weeks.
And speaking of cheese, look what I found at Trader's today! Planning on grilling it and drizzling some balsamic over it and fresh strawberries.
Based on your rec, I bought Haloumi before we left; wonder how my sister is getting on with it. (Likely she's not even opened it, because she doesn't know how to run the gas stove outside.) I am eating more dairy than I normally do - and while it's fine, I don't know what I'm going to do the rest of the summer without access to so much cheese and so many tiny, perfect strawberries... I do not miss the big ones; these here are so good. Time to hit the Farmer's Markets, methinks. Or get some plants...
ReplyDeleteTiny strawberries are the best!! I bought one carton of the big ones and will switch to using veg with cheese from now on.
